I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s generosity in upgrading me to a big suite at no extra charge. The rooms, although a bit old and missing some furniture, were surprisingly clean. The bed and bathroom were spotless, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness standards are commendable; however, some room refurbishment could enhance the overall experience. The service was excellent, offering a variety of convenient amenities like room service, car hire, and laundry; however, the value for money could be optimized for a more competitive edge. The location was perfect for exploring Lebanon, being close to various attractions like Beirut and Jeita Grotto. Despite being ideally situated and accessible to major sites, some improvements in signaling the hotel entrance could make it even more appealing. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a rich and delicious menu offering various options that satisfied my taste buds. The facilities provided everything I needed, earning a solid rating for its convenience and functionality.
